Any e-transfer arrangements require prompt payment upon receipt of invoice and a credit card may be held as back up until full payment is received. No cash payments. If you must cancel your scheduled service, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice by phone or email to head office during business hours, otherwise the full charge will apply.
