Do I need to Sign a Contract ?

No, we don't require any contracts. You can enjoy our services on a no-commitment basis. If you ever need to cancel or change your schedule, you can do so without any penalties.

How do I know the job is done?

After every cleaning, we send a "Completed Job Message" so you know the service has been completed. You will also receive a photo of your secured gate to ensure your yard is safe and secure after each visit.

Can my Dogs be outside when you are servicing our yard?

Yes, please! We love our K-9 clients. Your DOG POOP GONE Technician will likely become a welcomed visitor for your dog(s). Of course, in some cases, your dog may not like visitors. If that is your pup, then just let us know and we will make sure to never enter the lawn if they are outside and to give you a call-in advance.

What about Bad Weather?

Rain, sleet, snow or shine, we'll clear your lawn of land mines! In most cases, we can wait out the storm and continue battling the stink of pet ownership. In cases of severe weather, we will monitor the storm and if rescheduling is necessary we always email you to keep you up to date with the changes.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard and any necessary gates are unlocked, we can complete the service while you're away. You'll receive notifications and updates once the job is done.

Do you need external access to my backyard ?

Yes, our technicians must have access to your backyard from an external entry point such as a gate. For that reason, we are unable to scoop areas such as apartment balconies, or homes where backyards are only accessible by entering through the home.
